Information concerning the handling of personal data

made pursuant to and for the purposes of the New European Regulation (GDPR)

PURPOSE OF THIS DOCUMENT
The methods of processing of personal data of users of the site www.zebreparma.it,  which may be collected during consultation of the same, are communicated below.
The information is provided in accordance with the New European Regulation (GDPR) - Code for the Protection of Personal Data - to those who interact with web services accessible by electronic means from the address: www.zebreparma.it. The indications provided below are also inspired by the guidelines inferred from Article 29 of Directive No. 95/46/EC and relate specifically to the collection of personal data on the Internet, aiming to identify the minimum measures that will have to be implemented towards the persons concerned to ensure the fairness and lawfulness of such practices.

Following consultation of the website www.zebreparma.it, hereinafter referred to as the SITE, data relating to identified or identifiable persons may be processed. The "Data Controller" of their processing is Zebre Rugby srl ssd, hereinafter identified as the

The information is provided only for the SITE in question and not also for other external websites that may be consulted through links on the pages of the SITE, which connect to different domains, for which the DATA CONTROLLER is not responsible

PLACE OF DATA PROCESSING
Processing related to the Web services on the WEBSITE (physically resident on servers connected to the network) is carried out at the headquarters of the DATA CONTROLLER and is handled only by employees, collaborators or persons in charge of processing, or by any persons in charge of occasional maintenance operations. No data resulting from navigation on the WEBSITE is communicated or disclosed to third parties whose work is not inherent to the management, operation or control of the operations of the WEBSITE itself. The personal data provided by users who forward requests for the sending of informative material are used for the sole purpose of performing the service or provision requested and are communicated to third parties in the event that this is necessary for this purpose except as provided in the chapter "optional provision of data".

TYPES OF DATA PROCESSED
Browsing data The computer systems and software procedures used to operate the WEBSITE acquire, during their normal operation, some personal data whose transmission is implicit in the use of Internet communication protocols. This information is not collected to be associated with identified interested parties, but by its very nature could, through processing and association with data held by third parties, allow users to be identified. This category of data includes, merely by way of example, the IP addresses or domain names of the computers used by the users who connect to the site, the addresses in URI (Uniform Resource Identifier) notation of the resources requested, the time of the request, the method used in submitting the request to the server, the size of the file obtained in response, the numerical code indicating the status of the response given by the server (successful, error, etc.) and other parameters relating to the user's operating system and computer environment. These data are used for the sole purpose of obtaining anonymous statistical information on the use of the SITE and to check its correct functioning. The data could be made available by the DATA CONTROLLER for ascertaining responsibility in case of hypothetical computer crimes or other requests authorized by the judicial authorities. Data conferred voluntarily by users of the site The optional, explicit and voluntary sending of e-mail messages to the addresses indicated on the WEBSITE or through the filling in of request forms or other guided procedures present on the WEBSITE itself, entails the subsequent acquisition of the sender's address, necessary to reply to requests, as well as any other personal data entered. Specific summary information will be reported or displayed on the pages of the site set up for particular services on request.

OPTIONAL SUBMISSION OF DATA
Apart from that specified for navigation data, the user is free to provide the personal data contained in the request forms or otherwise indicated in contacts to request the sending of informative material or other communications. Failure to provide them may make it impossible to obtain what has been requested. For completeness, it should be noted that, in some cases (not the subject of the ordinary management of this site), the Authority may request news and information in accordance with the New European Regulation (GDPR), , for the purpose of monitoring the processing of personal data. In these cases the answer is mandatory under penalty of administrative sanction.

USERNAME AND PASSWORD
In the event that for access to restricted sections of the SITE the User is required to choose a 'username' and/or a 'password', it will be the User's responsibility to keep such data confidential and immediately notify the DATA CONTROLLER of their use by unauthorized persons.

COOKIES
Cookies are short text files that are downloaded to your device when you visit a website and allow SITE to recognize your device. They serve a variety of purposes such as, for example, enabling efficient navigation between pages, remembering favorite sites, and generally improving the browsing experience. Depending on the function and purpose of use, cookies can be divided into technical cookies, profiling cookies, and third-party cookies. METHODS OF PROCESSING Personal data are processed with and without electronic or otherwise automated, computerized or telematic tools for the time strictly necessary to achieve the purposes for which they were collected. Specific security measures are observed to prevent the loss of data, illicit or incorrect use and unauthorized access in compliance with the obligations to comply with minimum security measures. In order to provide a complete service, the SITE may contain links to other websites, not managed by this DATA CONTROLLER who cannot be held responsible for errors, content, cookies, publications of illicit moral content, advertising, banners or files that do not comply with current regulations and compliance with the Privacy regulations by the aforementioned sites.

RIGHTS OF DATA SUBJECTS
The subjects to whom the personal data refer have the right at any time to obtain confirmation of the existence or non-existence of such data and to know its content and origin, verify its accuracy or request its integration or updating, or rectification (New European Regulation (GDPR)). According to the same article, one has the right to request the cancellation, transformation into anonymous form or blocking of data processed in violation of the law, as well as to oppose, for legitimate reasons, their processing. In any case, the User will remain free at any time to revoke the consents given by the same, by sending without formality a communication to that effect to the DATA CONTROLLER at the contact details given at the beginning of this document.

MODIFICATIONS TO THIS PRIVACY POLICY The DATA CONTROLLER reserves the right to update this Privacy Policy at any time in order to adapt it to the supervening law and to improve it also taking into account the suggestions transmitted by customers, collaborators and users.
